Information we do not collect through the site
This website does not currently provide user accounts, forms, comments, payments or subscriptions. It does not use advertising, behavioral analytics, tracking pixels, social media plug-ins or embedded third-party media.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not currently set first-party cookies or use browser local storage. Because no optional tracking or personalization technology is used, there is no cookie consent banner in this version.
Technical server logs
When the website is hosted, the web server or hosting provider may automatically process limited technical data needed to deliver and protect the service. This can include an IP address, request date and time, requested page, response status, referring page and browser or device information.
The purpose is reliable delivery, security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. The legal basis, where applicable, is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website. 4. Second Hand app
Information we collect
Second Hand does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal information. The app does not require an account and does not contain advertising or analytics SDKs. It does not use cookies or similar online tracking technologies.
Data stored on your device
Game progress, scores, win streaks, best times, unfinished games and user preferences are stored locally on your device. This information is used only to provide save, continue, statistics, sound, vibration and visual customization features.
Locally stored information is not transmitted to NeoArcade Studio or third parties. You can remove it by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.
Internet connection and app stores
An internet connection is not required to play Second Hand. Information collected independently by an app store, operating system or device manufacturer is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy and is outside the operation of Second Hand.
5. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information we hold about you, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Because the website has no accounts and Second Hand keeps game data on your device, we will usually hold information about you only if you contacted us directly or if limited server logs are available. To make a request, email neoarcade.studio@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need enough information to verify and locate your request, but we will not ask for more than necessary.
6. Children’s privacy
Second Hand and this website do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Our pages may link to an app store or another third-party website. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not allow us to control or receive their data.

We may update this policy when the website, application or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above will show the latest revision. If data practices change materially, the relevant policy and app-store disclosures will be updated before the new practice is introduced.
